Back in 2004 the company I worked for Evergreen enrolled all of there workers at Great West Retirement Services. It is plan number 395001-11 on one paper or 395001-12 on another paper as there are many addresses this company claims. Back in April we have been trying to cancel our IRA yet customer services always has a run around answer to keep us from doing so. On August 23 from a PO box 173920 address in Denver, we received another statement which now has my birthday wrong and I was unable to enter the site access the web ste www.gwrs.com. The customer services is horrible and I doubt all ever get my $1500 back.
