Ripoff failure to provide services per contract

The company does not provide services to clients and refuses to give refunds for the services.

The company never makes adjustments in the costs for services and or materials in favor of the customer. There is always an increase in price for additional services, however when the company fails to provide a service that is paid in full. They refuse to refund the customer. No repsonse to complaints to upper management.
