My company used ExpertPlan for our 401K for several years. When I transferred the plan to a better provider, it charged me a $2K "deconversion fee" and DEDUCTED IT from my PERSONAL 401K account! I'm having a heck of a time trying to get my $ back. Of course no one told me about this fee, and I certainly never dreamed they could pull it from my personal retirement funds. Stay away!
