My payroll check of $875.53 bounced. Nsf... -the company - STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SERVICES LLC is still in business& the owner Terence R Martinez refuses to discuss with me... I call him on his cell # 714-403-8645- but he blocks my #... I dont have an address so I can sue him... Can anyone PLEASE HELP? Maybe get sneaky and get his address?
