Rip-off, complaints against Dave Edeburn Citrus Pixel
I hired this company to do my website and things started off fine. I was requested to make two payments within the first 8 months into there work, totaling 4000.00 with a remaining balance upon completion of 1400.00. After he notified me that I could check the work for approval, which has been now a year, I discovered numerous mistakes and format issues that was not followed and that was noted to them before they began. At first we had cooperation with different people who were making the corrections that I pointed out to them. It’s now been at least two months and now David Edeburn doesn’t answer my calls or emails. I sent him a certified letter and he hasn’t answered that either. It is obvious from similar complaints by others (see Yelp: http://www.yelp.com/biz/citrus-pixel-los-angeles) that this is a rip off company and that he stole $4000.00 of mine and left me with an incomplete sloppy done website. Be thoroughly warned not to do business with this company as you will get burnt. I want a refund for the full amount or the job completed properly.
