Dear Ryan:

Thank you I received your email that B A C has declined my application for a home modification. I would like to be certain that my application was given consideration for the numerous types of home modifications that the federal government has to offer. For example, H A M P Home Affordable Modification Program, (U P) Home Affordable Unemployment Program, (P R A) Principle Reduction Alternative Program, (F H A-Home Affordable Modification Program (F H A-H A M P),
(USDA Special Loan Servicing, etc.

Ms. Vernetta Cherry, Account Manager for Bank of America, just telephoned me moments ago, and advised me to ask the above questions to you, because I am a N A C A member. She also stated that my investor is Fannie Mae and that she is unaware if Fannie Mae participates in any of the other aforementioned programs other than H AM P and non
H A M P. She also asked me if you worked for Bank of America or N A CA? I am confused, I asked her if she was deliberately trying to confuse me? I mean does BAC consider a nationally funded program a disease or plague?

Her response was to refer my questions to you, Ryan Tang, National Outreach. Ms. Vernetta Cherry, account manager for Bank of America and Khori Blackstone, previous account manager for bank of america, both informed me that i was ineligble for any type of home modifcation and there only suggestion was either deed in lieu of foreclosure, short-sale, etc; or if some how I can increase my income, maybe...

I asked Ms Cherry, "doesnt bank of america have the final decision on whether or not my home modication is approved or declined?" Her response was she dont know, she will have to check, because she is not familar with NACA accounts. I stated, NACA is a non profit organization that is attempting to assist me in securing a home affordable mortgage, they have helped me put together a standard package of documents on numerous occasions and submitted to BAC. Therefore, Bank of America would have to be the one that accepts/declines or close my account. Ms Vernetta said again she dont know, she would have to ask. I asked to speak to her manager, the name given to me was Paul Atkins, 480-732-7689, she dont know his email address nor her own. I am so tired, I have been sick and out of work for along time, as a result I am 17 months behind on my mortgage. The first time I fell behine over two years ago my mortgage was $2200 a month, BAC gives me a forbearance which did not last 2 months, they then rush me an offer of $2501. A month; under the premise I did have any other choicel It really doesn't take a mathematician to figure out that gee if the homeowners are having difficulty paying 2200 a month that certainly they cannot pay 2501 a month.!

Ryan, I have every intention of re-applying for a home modification, in fact I am currently putting the package of documents together. However, I only wanted to be certain that my application has been given every
consideration possible.in Particular the UP program, I have been sick and out of work on disability for over a
year; and I did not receive any portion of my disability allocation payment until early this year, when I retired in January.

I did become suspicious when Ms Vernetta Cherry asked me if Ryan Tang, National outrrach, worked for N A CA or bank of america?

Thank you Ryan for your attention to this matter.

What was the point in giving me the information below regarding income
contribution if my home modification application has not been determined yet?
Also, why am I receiving information from Khori Blackston and Vernetta Cherry,
account managers at Bank of America, about my account that are completely to
the contrary.

Best regards,

Robyn

-Robin,

You have to prove it with 2 months rental deposit into your bank account and a
updated lease agreement. Your current application needs to be completed first
and closed out. Then you can reapply with any new income information.

Dear Ryan,

What documents are needed to prove income increase via rental income (my mother).

A complete nightmare! Still years later no solution...
