Ripoff unable to get copies of billing and have not recvd any bills in mail

Have called this company repeativly over and over again about NOT recvg bills company states they have mailed bills to my address but i HAVE NOT rcvd them even had post office put trace on my mail and NEVER recvd any mail from this company called and asked for bill to be faxed to me there is a $5.00 charge for this i explained to them if i am not recing bills i WILL NOT [pay them
