On 6/14/02 i gave freedom resources permission to withdraw $221.95 from my checking account. They were prompt on withdrawing my money but were not very prompt on delievering my credit card package. It took them 3 months to deliver the package. However before i rcvd the package i had already mailed in a dispute letter and a request for a refund.
They admitted that the recvd the dispute letter and the letter for a refund. The then stated that they had just mailed out my package and inorder for me to get my refund i would have to mail back the package to them. So i did. I then get a form from them to fill out for my refund check. I completed the form and mailed it back. Weeks go by and no refund check.
I called them and spoke to a kim at ext 129. She goes through the computer and confirms that they recvd my letters and the package and the check should be cut on a friday because the only issue refund check everyother friday. I wait again and nothing comes in the mail. So i begin calling and calling accurring charges because the have no 800 number.
Finally i get through and the operator puts me on hold and then i get this recording and i am disconnected. Well as you my already know the company has gone out of business and i have not rcvd a damn dime back. If you know of a class action that is taking place on this company please contact me it will be my honor to take the owner down of this ripoff company.
