Sir or Madam,
I have canceled servise servise with ' NECC Telecom, Inc.' more then two months ago because more then three times they mailed me false bills. I woudn't like to be problem of company and called company to correct
false bills three times. I informed them in polite way that inresponsible persons are playing with company reputation. But I canceled service. I called them and asked them to sent my last bill because I couldn't go on by thise way. The mailed me last bill. After thise sent one more bill and after thise resent after one monthe with later payments charges. I called them and asked reasion why to pay and to mail me in official way. Answer by phone was that persons that were in charge made mistake and you have only one option, to pay. I told them that this is way how company punishe custumer that cancel servise Please I need your help because as I can see this is official policy and case of principle and honor no problem of money. I am going to keep all false bills.
