Received a call today from a gentlemen who says he name is Peter Johnson. He is a legal aid for an attorney named Dexter Cruz. Said I must call this lawyer Dexter Cruz to find out the legal action that is going to filed against me. Wouldn't give me any information as to why this legal action was being taken agains me. He said I had to call 916-282-3126 and talk to the attorney Dexter Cruz and he would explain everything to me. Tried to call this number but is rings, then goes to busy signal. Tried a couple of times and got the same thing. Never got anyone to answer. This is the second day in the row these folks have called me here at work. Yesterday they said they were with the Law Office of Johnny Best. Same caller as today. Spoke with a middle eastern accent Was hard to understand his English.
