Collection efforts continue against deceased mother's account

My late mother had a Capital One account. She passed away and I did send a death certificate. These necrophiliac crooks is constantly sending her account to various collection agencies and collection attorneys.

I am constantly filing complaints with various AG's offices. Tell everyone you know how ruthless and bestial this company can be.
