It seems that alot of people have been the victim of fraud by icardservices.com aka vip cards. This includes myself, I also was taken by a company called global cards. I don't know if these two companies are the same. I was first charged $159.00 by vip cards and then by global cards for 159.90, $318.90 total. The thing that pisses me off is that unlike other victims I've never used, seen, or heard of any of these companies before.
I've never recieved or filled out any type of forms for a credit card. All I know is that according to my bank statement the person who used my account number was a guy by the name of Robert W. Keller, who I think is located somewhere in colorado. I've since closed my account and opened a new one. Global cards has promised me a full refund within 11 days and vip cards were no help at all, after waiting on the phone for almost an hour the service person just simply told me to make a report with my local authorities and to fax them a copy of the report. Yeah, thanks for nothing!
