The kitchen faucet at my house needed repair 2 1/2 years ago. My tenant called Pine State who said that the entire unit needed to be replaced. The replacement cost me $675 which I found appalling even at the time. Some months later, I had occasion to visit the house and saw that Pine State had attached new parts to the old base. Last week the handle broke off of the faucet. My tenant called Pine State and I received a call from a rep who said that I needed $130 worth of parts for repair. They looked up when I had the old one done, and said that they only warranty their work for two years. I explained that I was not impressed and that they should stand behind their work. I was not nice when I did so, but only after the guy just kept telling me that they would not even cut the cost of the repair. Their website lies when they say 100% warranty.
