Since i was dismiss by the trustee i started to make my payments on time and now they said i'm in floreclosure because they said i haven't make a payment for the last 120 days. I have all my payments and checks to be check by anybody who need to know if i'm saying the true. I have been making payments for $1038.00 for more than a year and they said i still need to make more payments. I have been told that they're working in a modification for the last 12 months.
I'm sick and tired of their talking without any secure payment and now possibly without house.
I want you to investigate them.
