Pease help us—somebody!!! We were forced into bankruptcy in January. After losing our jobs we were no longer able to make our monthly payments (March - Sept) The portion that was to be paid to Fairbanks by our trustee was made every month because of a direct deposit from an account we have begin March to— this present time.in August Fairbanks lifted the automatic stay but still continues to receive and accept our payments from the trustee which is on time. Now we are able to make payments agains and would love very much to keep our home. I was told by a laywer that we can not refile a bankruptcy on the house because of the other things that are already in bankruptcy. With all the fees that Fairbanks add on month after month I feel as if we will never get from under this company. We want to refiance so that we can get from under them but there seems to be no help in sight. Pease somebody, what are our options and what can we do?
