Habeeb Malik Uthman committed acts of credit card fraud and a victim suffered a negative mark to his record due to Malik sending items he purchased with stolen credit cards to the victims home and making up a story about that he was sending them to avoid Canadian sales tax when they were actually goods purchased by a stolen credit card. The police cracked down on the victim in his home until realizing that Habeeb Malik Uthman was the man they were after. They are looking for him at this time.
