I have had my card now for two months and had my federal tax put on the other day a walmart my card was declined to put money on a pre paid cad for gas the cashier tried 3 times and when i looked at my account that night the money was taken out for 219.00. I called walmart and they provided me with all paper work to show that the transaction had been canceled from their end. When I called account now and spoke to them they claimed that the money had been put back on my account the same day. Yet the balances on my account never changed. Then they tried to tell me that the balance at the end of the transactions of 219.00 was my starting balance for the day. Telling me that what i was seeing online on my account was not correct and that they did not provided customers with such information. I asked the lady to provide me with a e-mail copy of what she was seeing so that i could understand and so told me that they were not allowed to share such information with me. I told her that it was crap that this was my money and that they had a legal obligation to show me were my money was. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.
