We financed our Sleepys mattress purchase from GE capital and were told that we have 3 years no interest deal. Turns out we were duped. I called GE capital customer service as they were charging me $1000 in interest for the last 2 months which makes my mattress worth $4500!!! So Kristy ID # 7291 said i am sorry but we send out details in the email statements and so you were notified about it. Where is the customer service here? I know she could have deducted atleast $500 if not $1000 and i would have paid the balance in full right away. I work for a credit card company and i know we do this everyday. Forgiving my $1000 will surely make no difference to GE capital bu i does to us.in this economy where wall street execs are taking home fat bonuses, banks like GE capitlal are out to get whatever income you make.
