We have never been more then 30 days past due on our account on a mobile home that we own and is financed through Greentree loans, yet they have been awful to us. Once when our 10 year old daughter answered the phone they told her that if her parents did not come to the phone, (she was with a sitter) that they would send a truck to take our home away in the middle of the night.
We once gave them a check over the phone and they took two payments out of our bank account instead of the one that we were past due on. They would not recredit our account, leaving our fourth of July weekend ruined. They have called and asked us since then for a check by phone when we said no and asked them for their address as we could not locate it, they refused to give it to us. The man on the phone started yelling and told us we HAD to make a payment over the phone. When we hung up he called back several times that night and still refused our request for Geentree's address.
If anyone wants to go in on a harrassment lawsuit we are there!!
