We've been acquiring diabetic products for a while. Only a little over this past year, they started delivering (house-brand) lancets that will not use our equipment, whenever we named, they sent the right lancets, but charged people for that wrong types. It was just $6.70, and so I did not create a fuss over it.in regards to a year later, they again began giving out the incorrect lancets, informing people these were changing people for their house-brand (without our agreement) whenever we named. We declined, and again they delivered the right ones, along with a handful of months later delivered us a delivery tag to come back the wrong ones. They informed us they'd credit our consideration after they acquired them. We delivered them back. The following statement didn't display area of the credit. After I named, they stated it had been their organization plan to not credit any supplies which were delivered after thirty days.
I really donot work with their organization, and so I could not care less what their company plan is. They do not reach deliver me supplies used to donot purchase, cost me for them, WOn't credit my consideration after I return them, after which inform me sorry... That is company coverage.
