Frank Torres is under investigation in the USA for the very same thing he is doing in Mexico right now with bocadelmar. Google his name. His real name. Frank Torres Castillo. He operates out of Mexico so he can be out of the reach of USA authorities.
Bocadelmar was purchased by aihg for a mere $9,500 as it is nothing more than forest that can never and will never be developed. Land being sold for tens of thousands of dollars is completely worthless. Their intent is to simply sell you land under the pretense of an investment and close up shop and move on to other countries and repeat the same scam over and over again as they have in panama costa rica, Belize and Ecuador.
