Gabriel Torres is a web developer in the Las Vegas area. He is the owner of Rage Productions and is operating his company without a business license. Mr. Torres is a scam and thief.
Mr. Torres assured us that our website would be complete in 20 - 40 days of the initial meeting. Within the first 30 days I made 3 payments of $1,500 each to him. Unfortunately the site was nowhere close to being completed. He assured us several times that he would have the site completed within the 20 -40 day time period and signed a contract agreeing to the deadline.
Mr. Torres realized that he had not held up his end of the agreement and wrote up another contract stating that he would repay us $4,000 of the $4,500 we had paid him. This was another signed contract stating that he would have the balance paid in 30 days. More than seven months later he is still delinquent $1,000.
To make matters worse, Mr. Torres on his website: www.snapsweb.com takes credit for completing our website.in other words he is taking credit for something he did not complete.
Several people in the Las Vegas area have become victim to this thief. I have spoken to others who have had the same horrific situation. Beware of Rage Productions and Gabe Torres. This is the last scam artist you want to develop your website. Tell all of your friends and coworkers.
