This company and Lucy Campbell are a total rip off. They were quick to take my money and did not explain before hand that they would guide us thru and not do the work for a loan modification. Something that the mortgage companies can guide you thur.
We were not able to get a loan modification, so then the next step was for their underwriters to work with the mortgage company to try and get a loan modification. After 30 days they could not, and per the contract were to refund our money within 7 days, but i was told that the check would be issued within the next 3 weeks. That was July 11. Three weeks later i am finding on the internet that they are closed, the phone number has been disconnected and the emails have been shut down.
I want my money back!
