In Oct. an Aurum consultant persuaded me to transform my platinum/silver consideration to all magic. Sterling Trust (my account-holder through Aurum) delivered 86 Am. Eagle coins to Aurum. Aurum hasn't delivered the same gold coins back again to my Sterling consideration, despite my several questions, and guarantees the gold coins could be delivered to Sterling. Since early July, I've not had the opportunity to get hold of an Aurum Consultant. They dismiss calls, e-mails, and characters. To date, I've been cheated of 86 coins.
