"system trouble" "bad technology" ripoff to consumers

Woodforest National Bank has alot of "technical" issues. If you have an automatic debit (such as car insurance) and the company tries to debit from your account when their "systems" are down. The bank automatically sends it back as insufficent funds!

This happened to me last month, my insurance ended up charging me for a nsf fee even though the money was in the bank. Also on several occations I have tried to use my debit card only for it to be denied because the "systems" are down.

This is extremely inconvienent as there are times when you need your money! If you do talk to the managers at the bank they only tell you the same thing, "i'm sorry, we have poor technology". Please do not bank with this bank if you do you will not be able to access your money at all times nor will you feel secure that you can use automatic debits to pay bills every month. It really wouldnt be such a big deal if the "systems" were not down all the time. If it happened once I could completely understand. But it happens often. Although I do give the bank credit for giving me the money to pay the nsf fee for my insurance, but they need to do some serious work on their technology.
