Heather Hasse Borrowed over $30,000 for assistance with her bills and her two daughters bills

Commencing in May I personally-lent Heather Davidson what would amount to over $30,000 to assist her and her adult children pay various and sundry bills. Heather and I were good friends and I felt badly for her, given her financial situation, at the time.in each loan instance, she promised to pay me back in a timely fashion.

No attempt or effort has been made to date to reimburse me for loans made to her. Moreover, she has ceased all communications with me and may, in fact, live in Northern California somewhere in Walnut Creek. She may be working under the name Heather Davidson or Heather Hasse as a real estate agent specializing in the sale of single family homes.

Specifically, in May I lent her $5000 for business use in her sales role as an independent contractor working with Rodeo Realty located in Sherman Oaks, California, where I believe that she is employed to date. Also, I lent her $5,000 for personal monthly costs.

In June, I lent her $5,000 for personal monthly costs and an additional $6,250 so that her daughter, Jordan, could purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Additionally, in that same month, I loaned her $430 for Jordan's auto repairs and school costs.

In July, I lent her $5000 for personal monthly costs plus $3,000 for the purchase of her daughter Makena's new car, a Mustang, plus $630 for auto repairs on Makena's old vehicle, a truck. During this same month, Heather was prepared to reimburse me the $6,250 loan given to her for Jordan's Jeep Grand Cherokee; however, she needed someone to cover some of Makena's college apartment rent.inasmuch as the rent was approximately $1200/month, I allowed her to keep the monies that she would have used to pay me back for Jordan's vehicle purchase and use those funds toward Makena's apartment rent. Also, given her poor credit history, and with no where else to turn, she asked me if I'd co-sign with her daughter Makena on Makena's apartment lease. I agreed to do so.

As it turned out, Heather never used the $6,250 that I re-lent her to pay for her daughter's rent but, instead, used it to live on herself. This was confirmed by Makena. From December through mid-April, I had to work with her ex-husband, in making certain that Makena's rent was covered. Her ex-husband, turned out to be a decent person who kept his word and assisted me in discharging my rental obligation under my co-signatory arrangement. Heather's only comment to me was that she was broke and had no money.

On several occasions, commencing in October, I reached out to Heather, asking her when she would start paying me back. She confirmed that she owed me the money, that she was financial insolvent at the time, and that she would make every effort to pay me back, as soon as she closed some home sales. I remained friendly in my email communications, and in fact, suggested in December a repayment plan beginning in January, which she agreed to via email. Since, December, I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Heather by telephone, text messaging and email to no avail.

The grand total that I lent to her is $30,310. I believe that I assisted her in good faith and want to be reimbursed in the full amount of $30,310. Clearly, I have learned an important lesson regarding trust in those who present themselves as needy friends.

Others close to her have reported that she has done this before and that she has gotten away with it. This matter may become a legal issue to be decided in California Superior Court, shortly.
