I have had this credit card for 22 months and it is the worst possible credit card a person can have, they talk about re-establishing your credit with them, but instead they ruin it. I paid the $6.95 to view and pay my bill on line, then pay $7.50 to pay online. Since I do this on line I use to not look at my statement they send by mail until it was time for my annuall fee.
It did not show on this on the internet so I wasn't aware of the charges until I looked on my bill of the month for my charge and it showed I was over the amount for this fee, then a late fee and I was told that I should have had the sense to look at the bill sent in mail, so one strike on me plus additional charges. Then one month I paid my bill early, so what do they do, they charge me a late fee because the payment posted early, I can't really explain that one niether could they but they still got the money and another strike against me.
I requsted a credit increase and they declined because they said I had been late and over the limit, now this is the only time I was supposely late because of the story I have just told, I could go on but this is already to long to probably be posted, but I at least feel a little better writing this. With all the money they make off of all of us I suppose we should all buy stock in this rip off company. It is a shame that they can get away with this, but when we have all made our mistakes and try to get back on the right track this is what we have to go trough. So please shop around if your one of the lucky ones that haven't had the privilege to get in a nightmare situation whit this company. Thanks for your time.
