Ripoff My dad got the card activated by going through a couple of representatives but never received the package they promise you to send

My dad got the same card in the mail. The credit limit was $6,500 and you have to pay $99.00 for activation fee. My dad got the card activated by going through a couple of representatives but never received the package they promise you to send. He didn't pay the 99 bucks yet cause thank god I went on this page and got a report on that company. They give you a different adress on every letter. Mine was P. O Box address. All I gotta say what a rip offf.
