Today, I went to the city bank (845 Grant ave. San Francisco) asked he banker for some change. The banker said they won't give any change to the customer wihout the city bank account! I asked the banker that is your center's rule or that is city bank's policy? The banker answer me: " that is not the policy, it's commonsense "!!! I feeling very sad when she (banker) answer my question. Can't believe she (banker) said it like that to the costomer! The
service is so bad and worse.
