Noticed a overdraft on my account with bank, I call in the morning as I noticed it to take care of it. Banker asked for my phone number and said he would get back with me before noon. I was unable to transfer funds on my computer, so needed to speak with this banker in order to transfer from anther account. Banker never called back, I phone him back, blew me off stating it was one of those days.
Could not get to bank nor get any banker to help me over phone. This one overdraft due to not being taken care of snowballed into five more overdrafts all becuase of one banker not helping me.
Do not open an Account with Washington Mutual, they allow their bankers to treat their customers in such a manner and their is evidently nothing you can do about it.
I was with Wells Fargo for nearly 10 years, but I have never been treated this badly by any bank that I have by Washington Mutual. To add insult to injury I did eventually go into the bank and confronted this banker, first thing he said was. "did'nt you get my message"? I know when there is a message left on my phone and he did not leave a message or even attempt to contact me.
Very disgusted with this bank and its employee (Connor) at the Aurora, Co Location.
