I also was attached to Roundpoint Mortgage via Credit Tree. I let you know, the amount of customer support as of this organization is terrible! You-can't actually talk to anybody who'll reply an easy issue - they are able to just report the discussion and defeat your telephone number and also have somebody contact you back at their comfort. Exactly what a method to support a required customer-base... It seems in my experience this business is just a call-center sending-off calls to "so-called" support brokers - to who knows where. After I attached to something agent yesterday morning, I had been informed that I'd have a solution yesterday afternoon - Hence used to donot get a call-back recently and today they've all my own info to talk about, market or reveal - since I can not enter contact with the "telemarketer" that I talked with... Exactly what a laugh!
