The servicing company for 2nd home line of credit was transferred from Quantum to Roundpoint in March. I made all payments through February and started payments in March. But I received a letter from Roundpoint that they have not received a February payment. I made numbers of phone calls, faxes and sending copies of 3 months cancelled checks (Dec 10, Jan 11, and Feb 11) to resolve this issue since March. Whenever I called, the customer service agents trying to open task again to research my claim, but I found they closed the task without resolution. They never contacted me on the issue. Since I do not want them to report me for the late payment, I decided to make 2 months payments in August. They still owed me one month payment.
