Bay Area Denture Clinic - Dr. Victor S. Firmani
No services were rendered, yet they will not refund me the $3640.00 I paid them

I visited the office on January 10 and paid for services rendered at that time via check. I was given a quote for denture services in the amount of $3640.00. They assisted me in opening a CareCredit account and charged $3600.00 to that account and then collected $40.00 from me via check. I do not wish to proceed with the treatment plan proposed. No services under this proposed treatment plan have been rendered, yet the office is refusing to credit my CareCredit account and refund me my $40.00.

My daughter and my nephew have both spoken to Beverly Firmani and to Dr. Firmani himself. They have both refused to issue a refund stating they have a no refund policy. They state I signed a contract. No contract was signed. The only contract I signed was with CareCredit promising to pay them back. No services were rendered. I dont know why this dentist is being so difficult about crediting my CareCredit account and refunding me my $40.00. I am a 76 year-old woman on a fixed income. I find this both ethically and morally wrong. I am highly disturbed by this.
