This company is ridiculous. All of the call centers for this mortgage company are in India. Yet the main office is in West Palm Beach, Florida. There is never a person in the United States that you can speak with as well as when you need to speak with a supervisor you can't and they will not transfer you to anyone at a call center in the United States they refuse. I signed my mortgage in Indianapolis, Indiana and if I choose to speak to someone here in the United States where I got my mortgage then I should have that right. I have asked numerous times for them to reset my user name and password so I can make my payments online and they refuse so I get charged $19 every time I have to make a payment which is a rip off. How is this being allowed???
