Ocwen took over servicing my mortgage and 2nd mortgage three months ago. Since that time I've discovered that Ocwen has outsourced its' customer call centers overseas. My wife lost her job due to outsourcing. Every letter or fax I've sent to Ocwen voicing my concerns goes directly to the very people I don't wish to speak to or deal with. I've received nothing but generic form letters stating my concerns are being addressed, but they're not being addressed by Americans in the United States. Is there anything I can do?
