Homecomings Financial
Bank one in june forclosure on my home and wouldn't except my payment nor answer the phone, and so much more they did wrong to me

In 2005 Homecoming Financial, sold out to Bank One Financial, but before they sold out to Bank One they illegal forclosed on my home, I sent they money orders and checks and they would return my checks with their stamp saying they couldn't accept my money. I call and call they will leave me holding for hour and hours. I am still hurt because they did me so wrong. What can I do today 2012? Please answer their is so much more Thanks
