My boyfriend recently got an approved application from capital choice consumer credit. He sent in his check and and recieved a phone call from them saying the card was on the way. Well today i looked up my bank account on-line (we have a joint account) and realised there was a direct withdrawl from my account. How can they do that with a check? They do not have my permission to do that. And when will he recieve the card?
