PHH mortgage
Cendant, mortgage serevices, service center trying more than once to forclouse on my home, without cause, refusing payments

I was looking up information on my mortgage when i came across a complaint with the company that has my information.
I was astonshied that the complaints was the same thing i was going through.
Without missing a payment, this company put me into forclosure, and then refused to acept my payment, saying they did not recieve them, also many letters i have written them and they say they never recieve them, sometime i get a nice person with the company and they tell me they have recieve the paper work, but that it was not noted on my account. Also i have been told they bankrupt evey 7 years and reorganize under a different name.
