I was looking up information on my mortgage when I came across a complaint with the company that has my information.
I was astonished that the complaints was the same thing I was going through.
Without missing a payment, this company put me into foreclosure, and then refused to accept my payment, saying they did not receive them, also many letters i have written them and they say they never receive them, sometime i get a nice person with the company and they tell me they have received the paper work, but that it was not noted on my account. Also I have been told they bankrupt every 7 years and reorganize under a different name.
