I received a telephone call for a personal loan of $2,500 from Oliver Mendez concerning the personal loan and an email from Carlos Rivera confirming that I had been approved and that I needed to western union $139.00 in cash in order for the funds to be released within 12 hours which was midnight yesterday. I have been checking my account and no have been deposited and when trying to reach them by telephone, business or cell which were provided, I am getting a busy signal.
