Michael Edwards These people are scam artists preying on people who are being foreclosed on saying they can help you prevent foreclosure and keep your home... Total lies!

Michael Edwards aka Michael Edwards Keith is an elaborate scam artist. He and his partners prey on people who are about to be foreclosed upon. They require that you pay $11,400 UP FRONT and then you pay an additional $750 to $1000 a month for the next three years or until your suit is settled. You put your property into a trust and name Rampart (another gentleman named Michael Lawrence's company) as a co-trustee. The scam is that the co-trustee is going to file bankruptcy and that stops all foreclosure proceedings on your property. You pay for a program called the Omni Gold program. You rmoney is supposedly going to this program and to pay attorney's fees. They will petition the court to modify your loan, and when they point out the banks are breaking the law in their mortgage securitization, they try to get you your property for FREE. Sounds good, right? Well, the problem is they require money up front, don't file anything, provide no information on the attorney involved in the lawsuit, and ultimately take your money and run filing nothing. They say if they don't file in time you need to file bankruptcy to stop the proceedings. You don't need to spend $11,400 to file personal bankruptcy. We demanded our money back when our property went to auction and they gave us the run around for a week but never said they would refund a dime.

I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone reading this to stay away from Michael Edwards (aka Michael Edwards Keith, Martin Michaels (Lord only knows what his real name is) and any companies associated with these clowns (ie. Your Remedy is the Law, Americans Restoring America, etc.) They prey on desperate homeowners by acting like Christians and then do nothing they promise to help you. Please do yourselves a favor and STEER CLEAR of the likes of these people. Learn from our mistake as they misrepresented themselves in every way, didn't file in time, our home went to auction and they said they might refund some of the money maybe.interestingly enough, some of the money that we paid into the Omni Gold program apparently went to Michael Edwards Keith for advertising their program. However, they only had the money two weeks so how they spent any of it is beyond me. And they don't disclose up front that any of your money goes to pay him. PLEASE DO NOT get anywhere near these people. Try to modify your mortgage with your bank but steer clear of these people who prey on people down on their luck!!
