Michael Lawrence (also known as Michael Lawrence Day) is involved in a scam against homeowners. He says he has the 'know how' so you can fight your bank and get your mortgage reduced or free and clear because of the illegal things banks do. You will have to become part of a lawsuit and include your property that you are being foreclosed as part of his trust (his company, Rampart, becomes co=trustee of your property trust). His program is known as Omni Gold and his trust will declare bankruptcy which stops all foreclosure proceedings on your home. You have to come up with $11,400 for the attorneys to file your suit UP FRONT in addition to $750 to $1000 per month for three years to pay the attorneys, and at the end of the suit you will hopefully have your mortgage free and clear because they will show how your bank cheated the system and you. All you have to do is pay them 25% of the total reduction they get you at 3% over ten years. Sounds good, right? The problem is they deliver NONE of it!
They take your money, don't give you any information on how to reach the filing attorney, who the attorney is, when the filing will actually take place, and the only way that you even get to communicate with Michael Lawrence himself is through another man named Michael Edwards (AKA Michael Edwards Keith). He has to do three way calls because Michael Lawrence is so important, he can't be reached directly. I had to threaten a lawsuit to get his cell phone number.in addition, they tell you if for some reason the lawsuit isn't filed in the time frame you need, you will have to declare personal bankruptcy to stop proceedings. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to pay these clowns $11,400 to file personal bankruptcy.
My home was going to auction June 5, the same day his home was apparently going to auction and he decided to take a family vacation where he was completely inaccessible from email or phone calls. They supposedly had 40 families sign on at $8k to start for a total of $320k plus an additional $140k for a second lawsuit and he decides to go on a vacation during the time his home and a dozen other clients homes went to auction?
I did research on these people and found NOTHING on any of them on the Internet so my hope is that by my posting my experience, you stay far away from these people. These people have a radio show on Sunday and Monday nights on the Internet at 9p where they recruit people to join their suit. They talk about how they can help you get out of foreclosure. DO NOT believe a word they say. They lie, they do not refund your money when they do not deliver what they tell you they will and they are huge scam artists. RUN, don't walk, from anything this man has to say!!! It's a lie, it's deceitful and he only wants your money.
