IBSN inc took an amount of $1000 (One Thousand Dollars) from me during August for preparing my 2005 amended tax retrun documents - according to which they mentioned ithat I wias going to get a tax refund amount of $5000 (Five Thousand Dollars). And so they charged me $1000 based on that anticipated refund amount wit the agreement that in case my claim is rejected by US Tax department, they will keep $100 and refund me the remaining amount of $900. And they sent me the prepared tax refund documents only after I made the full payment of $1000 to them (and I did that because I trusted their words).
However, after about 3 months from the date of submitting the documents to tax department, I came to know that my case has been handed over to the "Taxpayers Advocate" division. And after it was scrutinized by them, they rejected my amended refund claim because of lack of evidence documents. Immediately I contacted IBSN and informed them about the rejection of my claim and also provided them the taxpayer's advocate case number details for my file so as to enable them to verify and confirm about the rejection from their end. After that initially IBSN have been telling me (by email - I have all the email evidences) that they would arrange for the refund after getting the proper approval from their concerend authority. But they never kept their words and since then I have been chasing them and they kept on giving me false promises and it's about 3 years past now and they are still not showing any willingness of refunding my money. They have even stopped responding to my emails and phones. And by doing that, they kept me mentally agonized and harassed since past 3 years - which adversely affected my health condition.
So please help me get my money refunded from them with full interest for the past 3 years. I also want financial compensation for the mental harrassment and agony which they made me to go through for past 3 years which has affected my health. This is nothing but a clear case of "cheat & Fraud" and I deserve and want full justice. So please help me.
