All of the complaints listed on the wesite for IBSN are 100% true. They are frauds, due to their faulty website i ended up payment twice and now they are not refunding my $155.00. They said I would get my refund after 17th April but no news, infact they dont even answer the phone, I received a IRS notice and IBSN is telling me they are preparing my file but each time I ask them the status they keep asking for extension from IRS.
My suggestions
Please do not file through this company, IRS will catch you some day or the other. You will eventually be paying back all the money to IRS what IBSN calls as 'smart calculations' I would recommend if someone has a notice you are better off paying IRS than paying IBSN for preparing the tax representation
Laxmi, ramesh no one replies to your emails,
IBSN Tru team that deals with the IRS notice represenations, will never pick up phone, If they do come on phone they will keep asking for more time to prepare representation. You will lose your sleep I would recommend give whatever you owe to IRS and find another tax consultant to file your taxes. They are not worth your time and money you will be THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
