I have been a customer of Suntrust Bank (formerly CCB) for 11 years and had hoped the new fees would be reconsidered. I have several accounts and also use my debit card regularly for paying bills and misc., so I regretfully have to close my accounts. It's just too much with a couple of checking and savings accounts for my family and the debit card fees as well. I really hate to leave my Suntrust family but what I save in fees can be used to take care of my own family.
