I have been receiving payment notices from Bottom Line Books for a book that I do not have, and everytime that I call them, I am told they will take it off, but they never do. Today, I called and spoke with Tom who informed me that he personally will ensure its removal (where have I heard this before?), and it should drop off in 2 days. What is sooooooo interesting about this is they are sending these bills to an address in a state from which I moved nearing a year ago. However, Tom is telling me that the book shipped in November, but they began billing me for this way before that. Someone need to do something about this company. I know times are hard for all of us, but this is ridiculous.
