Registered to get a 3-month membership and usually happy. Implemented directions to stop membership about the evening it ended but my charge card was nevertheless billed for that next 3 months. Recurring named customer support but never got previous communications plus they never named me back such as the concept guaranteed they'd. I sent emails without any reply. The cost to my card for that next 3 months was $41.97 as opposed to the preliminary and advertized quantity of $29.97.
