I requested the merchandise online and was informed when I had been unhappy I'd 17 times to stop my membership via email or telephone. I obtained a contact declaring exactly the same problems. I delivered a contact and named twice and talked with live customer support reps that guaranteed me my membership was terminated. On 2/19, I obtained another container of the merchandise. I named customer support again Kim Clark (1-888-947-8745) explained there is no documents of my mail or telephone calls along with a cost for $88 bucks and change have been billed to my charge card. She appoligized for that misunderstanding and guaranteed me again that my membership could be ended. She stated she'd return $35.00 for that misunderstanding, but that I'd nevertheless need to spend the remaining of the cost.
