Ocwen Federal Bank recently bought my new mortgage. After cashing my first payment check, they failed to record receipt of my payment and have been harassing me with 8:00am phone calls. Now, despite my faxing a copy of the cancelled check, they have put me out for collection with a law firm.
Despite repeated phone calls and faxes they refuse to speak with me and continue to treat me as if I missed a payment.in 40 years of paying mortgages I have never had a bank even lose a payemnt. Ocwen Federal is the most incompetent financial institution I have ever dealt with.
