I applied for an online credit card with plains commerce bank and I was turned down. All of a sudden I get this bill where I'm being charged 320.00 dollars I don't know why or how bwcause I don't even have a credit from this instiution. This is not good for me because if I want to apply elsewhere for another credit I'm not going to be able to because of the bad credit history with this bank.
I sent them an email asking them about this billing, but I never got an answer. I'm also afraid that I might end up going to jail for not paying that bill that I supposedly charged to the credit card when I'm innocent of any charge. What should I do or how can I aolve this problem?
