Myself and several others have paid the upfront fee in hopes of closing in 90 days as promised but Mr. Gaylin Ware is a liar and gives people the run around. He promises that people will close in 90 days and then gets mad and defensive when someone asks him about it. I know people who have been under contract for 6 months! If you some across him or any of his affiliates then run! He'll try to intimidate you and if you're not smart then you'll fall right into it. Don't do it!!!
